Full mouth rehabilitation is not priced per tooth. It is planned as one piece of work, and the cost follows the condition of the whole mouth — teeth, gums, bite and bone together.
What changes the cost
- How many teeth are involved, and whether they are being restored or replaced.
- Fixed or removable. Implant-supported fixed teeth, a conventional denture and a combination of crowns and bridges are very different treatments.
- Bone condition. Where bone has shrunk after years of missing teeth, grafting may be needed before implants.
- Number of implants. All-on-4 and All-on-6 differ, and the choice is decided by your bone rather than preference.
- Materials. Crown and prosthesis materials differ in strength and appearance.
- Preparatory treatment. Gum treatment, extractions or root canal treatment often come first.
- Complexity of the bite. Rebuilding a collapsed bite takes careful planning so the result lasts.
Why it is planned as one case
Treating teeth one at a time in a compromised bite means each new restoration is built to a problem rather than a solution, and the work fails repeatedly. Assessing the bite first and rebuilding to it is what makes the result stable — and avoids paying twice.
How plans are usually staged
Treatment is divided into stages with healing time between them, particularly where implants are involved. Appointments are grouped for patients travelling from nearby towns, and planned around travel dates for patients visiting from abroad.
Questions to ask
- What does the plan include from start to finish?
- How many stages, and how long between them?
- What are the alternatives, and how do they compare long term?
- What maintenance will it need in future years?
Getting an estimate
A meaningful figure follows an examination and a 3D scan, because the bone and bite decide what is possible. Share your X-rays on WhatsApp if you are planning a visit and our specialist will outline what your case is likely to involve.
